Only For A Moment

To the Ekklesia:

The overly concern of being too critical in a church or congregation is potentially the exact reason why the gifts have been stifled for so long. We're all too worried about what man thinks when we should really be listening to he who lives in us.

Because we've sat quiet for far too long, it's stifled the Holy spirit. We now see kitty litter boxes in our schools, military type experiences on our streets, and 24/7 media transactions that spew the hurt pain, anger, mental and emotional instabilities of our society and culture today. Nothing's going to change until we do.

When we fear the Lord more than we fear man is when we will see a great move of God. When we choose to pray over complaining, we will see the miraculous happen. When we collectively believe that Jesus did exist and that he died for us, well...we better buckle up because at that point it's about to get real.

Until then, we can all continue to do church instead of being the church. We can say preachy things and share biblical truth without any oil. We can be the main host of a religious spirit and a comfortable church going society instead of being filled by that holy fire and standing out of the way enough in the flesh to let the person that lives inside of us speak.

When we are going through the fire we can pray as loud as we want to not be burned by the flames yet we may still get burned. It is at the point of the trial and the full indictment and suffering of what he wants to happen in our lives is where we can see the true repentance of a man in all his glory. As long as we keep our eyes to all the things down here on earth, we will have a greater opportunity to miss the battle that is actually going on in the spirit.

If you read the word of God and you don't get your toes stepped on......you missed him.

Have the encounter.

Love him truly.

Step forward in faith.

Repent when necessary.

Commit yourself to a life of service.

Love God.

Love others.

He'll take care of the rest.
