A Doer.

Recently I heard that there are believers and then there are doers. I'm taking every attempt possible to not make it sound like one is better than the other. However I'm entirely sure someone reading this is going to feel like that's what I believe. Though that is simply not the truth we're just going to have to go with it.

To me the main difference is that “your feet match the mouth and your mouth match the feet.”

No matter what you are, this is not always true. That is why we lean into where scripture says “iron sharpens iron.” It's important to have people around you that can hold you to your word and to the word.

Right now I am blessed to have that. I thank God everyday for putting men and women in my life who are holding me to be the best Christian I could possibly be. Even the use of “best” is going to cause problems but once again we're going to go with that.

Whenever we speak about what our beliefs are we always hold the opportunity to get looked at as if we are being self-righteous or once again holier than thou. That is not the case here.

Recently I was introduced to someone who changed my life. I'll speak about that person on the later date however for now I felt it was important to recognize them as being a human of great integrity, deep rooted character, no BS, straight shooting, God praising, hard working and a truly compassionate person.

Today I ask you, do you have someone in your life that fits this character?

If you do send them a text, shoot them a call, let them know you love them and appreciate them. It is those things that we do in private that mean the world to others and could save a life.

Love more. Worry Less.

Keven.
