I read it all the time. “The most productive people do not multitask.” Yet we continue to try and do it everyday. We are surrounded by:
1. Over loaded schedules
2. As soon as possible tasks
3. Daunting personal lists
4. Back to back meetings
5. Unreachable deadlines
How is one person supposed to handle it all and stay a healthy mindful professional?
First off if you are trying to multitask STOP. That doesn’t work. You may think it does, but your wrong. I have had the pleasure of working with some really productive people and have seen how they get things done.
